Meghan Trainor will record an original song titled “Better When I’m Dancin'” for The Peanuts Movie.

This marks the “All About That Bass” singer-songwriter’s first original composition for a film, according to Film Music Reporter. The Grammy-nominated Trainor excels in giving contemporary twists to retro-pop sounds, so “Better When I’m Dancin'” should bear that in common with The Peanuts Movie itself, assuming it recalls Trainor’s previous work. As for whether the song will work on its own or live up to its name, well, that remains to be seen.

Steve Martino helms the film adaptation of Charles M. Schulz’s Peanuts comics, which looks like a prime contender for an animated feature nomination at the Oscars. However, as one friend pointed out to me, voters may have shunned The LEGO Movie last year because they disliked the idea of a massively popular entity from another medium getting a major Oscar bid. Maybe this faces the same fate?

Regardless, 20th Century Fox will release The Peanuts Movie nationwide on Nov. 6.
