Why not? But given the many woman-centric projects with hype in and beyond the actress race – Brooklyn, Carol, The Danish Girl, and Suffragette have already screened; we still have Freeheld, Joy, and Our Brand is Crisis in the pipeline, too – maybe Streep will sit this one out.
