Why? Hathaway will probably get another nomination at some point, Interstellar promises to be huge this awards season, and we’re still talking about a weak race even with Julianne Moore in the conversation. Bonus points for what already looks like a very emotional performance. (Also, Fantine hair.) On paper, this sounds likely.

Why not? But the female roles in Nolan films tend to be undercooked. Will the actors in Interstellar even gain traction this season?
