Why? Werner Herzog’s comments on Kidman’s performance had me hopeful…

Why not? But where’s the distributor? Will Queen of the Desert even be ready for year-end release? At the end of the day, this is still a Herzog film. Oscar voters often miss Kidman’s more adventurous endeavors.
