Why? Ray Parker Jr.’s catchy title track for the original Ghostbusters (1984) landed in Oscar’s lineup. Some voters may eat up the sound of this song from rock breakthrough Elle King, which sonically recalls “Ex’s and Oh’s” – her Grammy Award-nominated smash.

Why not? The simple notion of remaking Ghostbusters at all pissed so many people off; let’s not even mention the woman cast leading the way this time. (Translation: People suck.) King mostly strays from mentioning the paranormal and opts to play on women breaking the rules. Hey, if women leading a Ghostbusters remake drew so much ire, keeping with that theme for “Good Girls” is sure to piss off some folks, too.

Ranking: No. 10 as of June 5, 2016
